When will I receive my order?

After you have successfullyplaced your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verificationprocess and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After your order isverified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

·    InMetro areas: 1 - 6 working days (except Sundayand holidays)

·    InNon-Metro areas: 3 - 10 working days (exceptSunday and holidays)

Iordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiplesellers in one order then you will receive your order in separate parcels. Eachorder invoice will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Pleasecheck the order invoices from each part of your order to make sure you are notmissing anything.

Please reach out to us at contact if you find some items missing in yourparcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigatethe matter for you right away.

CanI pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?

We regret to inform you thatwe are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may coordinate with ourcourier partner once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to yourpreference.

Doyou deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courierpartners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Pleaseexpect to receive your parcel on working days only.

Ineed my order now, Can heyfashionsaver speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately we are unableto speed up the delivery. The delivery arrival time for your order depends onthe seller you have ordered from. Please refer to the promised delivery dateprovided when your order was confirmed.

Should you still want youritems earlier, you may coordinate with the courier partner once the item is “Shipped”.

Ijust received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will Ireceive my order?

Once shipped, you shouldreceive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of 1–6 business daysfor Metro areas and 3-10 business days for non-Metro areas. Imported items maytake longer for delivery.

Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier trackingsite in the next 24 hours, as the item has only just been shipped.

Iordered multiple items, but why did I receive only one email and one trackingnumber?

Your multiple items mightcome from different merchants/sellers. Thus, you will be receiving individualemails for different items depending on the current status of your item fromrespective merchants/sellers.

Howcan I know exact date and time of the delivery?

We are unable to provide youwith an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced byproduct availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shippingdestination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.

Whydo I receive my order in separate deliveries?

Products may be shipped fromvarious facilities and therefore deliveries may perform at different times.

Do note that items that areshipped from international sellers may experience delays during customsclearing.

CanI cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unableto accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.In case your ordered item is from a Local seller you have an option ofrejecting it upon delivery.

For overseas/internationalproducts cancellation will be considered prior to orders being shipped.

Whatif I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign aletter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at thepoint of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact ourcustomer service at contact immediately after purchasing to informus. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorizationfrom you.

Isthere any domestic area heyfashionsaver cannot deliver to?

Can heyfashionsaver deliver the package to my office?

heyfashionsaver will deliver yourorder following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is yourhouse address or office address.

CanI pick up my order at heyfashionsaver office?

heyfashionsaver does not provide youwith a self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
